Mapei Ultraplan Trade 20kg Bag

This fast-drying interior levelling and smoothing compound from 3 to 40 mm per pour for use on new or existing substrates. An ideal levelling compound where high resistance to loads and traffic is required. Suitable for areas subject to wheeled chairs and specially formulated for use by trade professionals.
It can be spread in thicknesses up to 40 mm per coat without shrinkage, cracking or crazing. Developing a very high compressive and flexural strength as well as resistance to indentation and abrasion.
Where a greater thicknesses of 40 mm is required, Mapei recommend to add up to 50% of graded aggregate from 2 – 5 mm.
Installation of flooring can begin approximately 24 – 72 hours after the application of Ultraplan Trade.
