WAKOL Z 615 Levelling Compound – Dust Reduced. Wakol Z 615 levelling compound is a cement-based levelling compound for treating unevenness in layer thickness of 1 to 10 mm unextended, extended of 10 to 30 mm indoors. For higher loads and as of 2 mm layer thickness suitable underneath parquets. Suitable for heavy loads of 3 mm layer thickness. Can be processed in combination with WAKOL D 3060 Plastification Additive. Can be applied with a rakel. Can be pumped. Low in chromate according to REACH.
Mixture: approx. 6.25-6.5 l water + 25 kg Z 615
Consumption: approx. 1.5 kg/m²/mm application thickness.
Setting time: suitable for walking after approx. 2 h; ready for laying up to 3 mm after 12 h; up to 5 mm after 24 h; up to 10 mm after 48 h; up to 15 mm after 72 h; up to 30 mm after 6 days
Pot life: approx. 20 min.
Extended: 10-30 mm
Unextended: 1-10 mm
Storage: store in a cool and dry place
