Oxtek X260 Medi-Vet™ is a high-performance, permanent concrete waterproofer engineered for environments that demand superior hygiene, durability and long-term protection. Formulated with advanced additives, it shields concrete from odours, mould, moisture, oils, chemicals and everyday contaminants — delivering a safer, cleaner and more resilient surface.
When applied at the time of pour, X260 cures concrete to the equivalent standard of water-pond curing and creates a permanent internal moisture barrier suitable for impervious coatings and floor coverings. Its deep-penetrating action increases concrete strength, improves durability and extends the life of the slab, even in the most demanding commercial and animal care environments.
