This machine is a powerful rotary sanding machine which can be used for a wide variety of floor preparation jobs. Engineered to sand bare timber, fine sanding, concrete grinding. Apply oils or stains and even for cleaning by interchanging different drive plates. It provides a faster, better, more aggressive sanding technique, and in some situations removes the need for belt sanding. The FlexiSand enables concrete grinding and removing layers of glue by using the interchangeable drive plates. Featuring a powerful 1.9kw motor and robust construction the FlexiSand runs smoothly and remains cool even when under heavy load. Designed for use with the Bona PowerDrive, a unique drive plate that allows powerful direction-free sanding.
The FlexiSand 1.9 and PowerDrive combination together with Bona ceramic abrasives gives an excellent result and is available with two optional 7kg weights which are easily attached and removed.
Use it with any dust collection system. However, for 99.9% dust reduction the FlexiSand 1.9 is recommended for use with the Bona DCS 70.
